Can I drink herbs while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

For personal health questions, it is always recommended to speak with your healthcare provider. All of our herbal blends have an ingredient list, so you have all the info you need to ask your doctor.

Can I use herbs medically?

Herb Incorporation cannot take any responsibility for any adverse effects from the use of herbs. Always seek advice from a professional before using herbs medically.

Why do I have to cover the brewing container?

It is better to cover the brewing container while the herbs are infusing. This traps all of the volatile oils in the tea, rather than evaporating in the air.

How about Allergies?

Each herb’s product page contains a full list of ingredients. We recommend you talk to your physician before drinking our herbal teas.

How to keep herbal teas fresh?

To keep the herbs fresh, always store them in a cool, dry, dark place and keep them well sealed. To make sure you are always getting the best cup of herbal tea possible, we recommend you to consume them within 4 months from the date of purchase.

How can I obtain/Use a Promo Codes?

Occasionally we may offer special discounts or promotions through unique promo codes. If you have a promo code, simply enter it in the Promo Code box during checkout. It will be applied to your purchase. If you have difficulty entering the code, or it does not apply the proper discount, please contact our Customer Service team.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship during weekdays (Monday-Friday), Excluding holidays. Herb Incorporation makes every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Please visit Shipping + Returns for more details.

Can I order a Gift Card?

Yes, Gift Cards are wonderful gifts. Gift Cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes. Gift Card is a form of payment and can be used in conjunction with a discount code.

Can I ship products from one order to multiple addresses?

Sorry, No. You can only ship items from one order to one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

How do I receive Free Shipping offers?

Herb Incorporation has both Free Normal shipping & Free Express shipping offers. All orders qualify for Free Shipping based on the Amount of your order and location (Destination Country Zone). For more information, please find your country at Shipping + Return page.
