NOTE

In the case that your country is not on the list, then the shipping price will be calculated based on Zone 2.

All the products are fresh and carefully cleaned. Herb Incorporation is not storing any product in Canada. We are sending them from Tehran, Iran.

Orders will ship during weekdays (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. Herb Incorporation makes every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it.

Herb Incorporation is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the customs of your country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, if applicable.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Herb Incorporation’s team tries hard to provide outstanding customer service and high-quality shopping experience.

Please email our Customer Service at customerservice@herbincorporation.com and please include your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the reason for the return.

If approved, you will be emailed our return address, which should be written clearly on the outside of your return package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

CONDITIONS

Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same Credit Card that was used for the original purchases.

After your return approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. This process takes 5-15 business days.

You may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging and our label attached within 7 working days from the date the package was delivered to you.

Please pack the items carefully so that they do not become damaged.

If 5 working days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items purchased through special promotion or sales are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.

Customers can only ship items from one order to one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

Herb Incorporation does not accept cancellations once the products have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item.

Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by the customer. Herb Incorporation has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
